Processing Time

All orders are handmade with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

During launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer (I’m a one-woman show, so thank you for your patience 💕).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

Priority U.S. Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your bracelet’s journey.
International Shipping

At this time, Hey Dottie only ships within the United States. (International friends—stay tuned, we’re working on it!)
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Hey Dottie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they’ve been handed off to the carrier.

If your package seems stuck, please first contact the carrier with your tracking number. I’ll do my best to help where I can.
Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email me ASAP at support@heydottie.com to update it.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping fees.
